About Us

Sarah Moloney Pysychology.

I am a psychologist originally from Ireland, where I began my psychology training in 2008. In 2012 I moved to Australia and have since built both my professional career and personal life here. Over the past 13 years I have worked across inpatient and outpatient mental health services in Ireland, Sydney, and Perth, supporting people with a wide range of psychological difficulties.

Through this work I have developed particular experience and interest in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I am an ANZAED-accredited Eating Disorder clinician, and I work with adolescents and adults.

My work involves the use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities grounded within a relational framework. I believe that meaningful understanding and change often emerges through the process of the therapeutic relationship. By creating a space of trust, safety, and genuine collaboration, therapy becomes a place where patterns can be explored, new perspectives can develop, and lasting change can occur.

I value taking the time to understand each person as an individual, recognising the complexity of their experiences, identities, and life contexts. I aim to meet clients where they are in their journeys and work together to find approaches that feel meaningful and sustainable to them.

My practice is trauma-informed and I am committed to providing neuroaffirming care that respects the diverse ways people experience and move through the world. At the heart of how I like to work is the belief that feeling deeply understood can be the starting point for meaningful change.
